Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.buyboardleads.com and the lead-generation services of GBL LLC d/b/a "Board Leads". By using our site or services you agree to these Terms. Effective date: November 2026.

2. Services

Board Leads connects businesses that serve community associations with HOA and condo board members and managers who have requested services. We verify requests and deliver matched leads by email, SMS, webhook or CRM integration.

3. Buyer accounts

You must provide accurate business information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of your employees and agents who receive leads.

4. Lead delivery, quality & returns

Leads are delivered according to your selected categories, service areas and program settings. Leads may be shared with a limited number of matched providers unless an exclusive option is agreed in writing. If a lead does not meet our quality standards, you may request a review under our return process; approved returns are credited at our reasonable discretion.

5. Payment & PO commitments

Programs are billed according to your purchase order (PO) commitment and any written order. Fees are due as stated on your invoice. Per-lead costs and program terms are set out in your order and may vary based on commitment level. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension.

6. Acceptable use & compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA laws, and do-not-call requirements.

You may not resell or share leads without our written permission, contact leads for purposes unrelated to their request, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive or harassing activity.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a contract, sale or specific return. Your results depend on factors outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GBL LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of leads, your communications with leads, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
