This Privacy Policy describes how GBL LLC d/b/a "Board Leads" ("Board Leads," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through www.buyboardleads.com and our partner HOA resource sites. Effective date: November 2026.

2. Information we collect

From businesses (lead buyers) through our website forms: name, work email, phone number, company, website, business category, service area, budget range and any message you send us.

From association board members and community managers who request services through our partner resource sites: name, contact details, board role, association name and size, location, and project details such as scope and timeline.

Automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

To operate and improve our services; verify requests; match board requests with qualified providers; deliver leads; communicate with buyers and board members; process billing; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. How lead data is shared

Board member information is shared only with a limited number of matched providers, and only after the board member has consented to be contacted for the specific request.

We also share information with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, CRM), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell buyer contact information to third parties.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand site usage and measure campaigns. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our cookie notice and control cookies in your browser settings.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, resolve disputes, maintain records required by law and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it.

Our services are for businesses and adult association members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
